Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-10-02

Document version: terms-production-v1

These Terms describe the Intelligence Infrastructures service at https://intelligenceinfrastructures.com. The applicable document version and effective date are identified when the Terms are approved and activated. Earlier accepted versions remain historical records.

1. About Intelligence Infrastructures

Intelligence Infrastructures is an online AI education and software platform for discovering, understanding, comparing and learning to use AI tools and systems. It offers curated tool information, guides, learning resources and software features. These Terms describe the conditions for using the service; our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

2. Our operator and contact details

The service is operated by S Group Bulgaria Ltd. (Bulgarian legal name: „ЕС груп България“ ЕООД), UIC / EIK 208016439. Our public address is 23 Aleksandar Malinov Blvd., Mladost 1A, Sofia 1729, Bulgaria. In these Terms, 'we', 'us' and 'our' refer to that company. Our official support contact is support@intelligenceinfrastructures.com.

3. Eligibility and international availability

You must be at least 13 to use the service. Where applicable law requires a higher age for independent consent or contracting, you must meet that requirement or have appropriate authorization from a parent or legal guardian. You must not use the service where local law does not permit your use. This requirement does not mean we currently operate a parental-consent verification system.

The service is intended for users internationally, subject to applicable law, service availability and restrictions in your jurisdiction. We do not promise availability in every country.

4. Your account and security

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You may register using email and password or a supported third-party sign-in method. Do not share or misuse credentials, impersonate another person or use an account without authorization. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for your own use of the account, but these Terms do not make you automatically liable for every unauthorized action regardless of its cause or your legal rights.

5. What the service provides

The platform provides information and software tools, not a guarantee that a particular third-party tool will suit your needs or remain available. Features may include Projects, conversations, learning interactions and references to curated tools. Descriptions, access limits and availability are shown in the service. A reference or link to a third-party product is not a guarantee of its accuracy, safety or performance.

6. Explore and Member access

Explore provides limited access to the platform. Member provides the paid functionality described before purchase. Some features depend on your account status, subscription and the availability of supporting services. Do not assume that a feature described as planned, experimental or unavailable is included in a current subscription.

7. Paid subscriptions

Member subscriptions are offered with Monthly or Annual billing. There is no free trial. The applicable price, billing period, included features and tax-inclusive total are displayed before purchase. Review them before confirming payment. The current launch offering does not provide Monthly-to-Annual or Annual-to-Monthly plan switching or a proration workflow.

8. Payment and renewal

Payments and subscriptions are handled through Stripe-hosted services, including Managed Payments and, where applicable, Link. The payment provider's applicable terms and notices also apply to its services. Subscriptions renew according to the billing period you select until cancelled. Keep your payment details current using the available provider-hosted account management tools.

We may change future subscription prices, subject to applicable law and any required advance notice. A future price change will not retroactively change a completed purchase. Where a change applies to a future renewal, the notice will explain when it takes effect and how to cancel before that renewal.

9. Cancelling renewal

You may cancel future renewal through the available subscription-management flow. If you cannot access that flow, contact support. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not itself refund the current paid period. Paid access ordinarily remains available until the end of the period already paid for.

Continued access is subject to a valid payment and these Terms. A refund, payment reversal or another legitimate reason for suspension or termination may affect access. Cancelling renewal is different from exercising any statutory right to withdraw from a purchase; see the consumer-rights section below.

10. Refunds and payment disputes

Payments are generally non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise or an exceptional refund is approved or processed. There is no customer-facing automatic refund feature in Intelligence Infrastructures, and the application does not automatically issue refunds when you cancel. You may contact support about an exceptional refund or a statutory remedy.

Stripe, Link or Managed Payments support may also receive and process refund requests under their applicable support and refund procedures. Intelligence Infrastructures approval is not necessarily the final or exclusive authority for a provider-processed refund. We reconcile legitimate refunds and payment disputes when determining paid access. Nothing in this section removes mandatory consumer or payment-dispute rights.

11. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, the payment provider may retry collection or ask you to update payment information. A failed future renewal does not, by itself, retroactively erase access already paid for. Access beyond the paid period requires a valid payment; otherwise paid functionality may become unavailable. You may be directed to a provider-hosted page to resolve a payment issue.

12. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate applicable law or the rights of others, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, interfere with platform security, misuse accounts or credentials, bypass access controls, fraudulently obtain paid functionality, abuse automated systems or rate limits, or intentionally overload or disrupt the service. Do not use the service to help others do those things. These rules apply to automated use as well as direct use.

13. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit, to the extent you own it. This may include prompts, messages, Project details and other material you provide. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit it. Avoid including another person's private information, credentials or confidential material unless you are entitled to do so and it is needed for your intended use.

You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, process, transmit and display your submitted content as reasonably necessary to deliver the requested service, operate and secure it, and make service improvements consistent with the purposes and limits described in the Privacy Policy. This is not a transfer of ownership or an unrestricted, permanent advertising or marketing license. This permission, by itself, does not authorize using your content to train third-party AI models or general-purpose foundation AI models. Any such use would require a separate, properly disclosed and legally supported arrangement. After you stop using the service, continued handling of retained content is subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law, not an unlimited right to reuse it.

14. AI-enabled functionality

Where AI-enabled functionality is available, generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or inappropriate. Independently verify important information and use human judgment. The service is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for how you use generated output, subject to your mandatory legal rights.

AI output may resemble other output or third-party material. We do not guarantee that it is unique, suitable for a particular purpose or free of third-party rights. These Terms do not identify or promise a particular AI provider. The relevant processing information must be described in the Privacy Policy before a provider is introduced or materially changed.

15. Third-party services

The service relies on hosting, authentication, payment and email providers and may link to external tools. Their services have their own terms and privacy notices. Review those notices when using a third-party sign-in, payment page or external tool. We do not control every aspect of those services, but their involvement does not remove obligations we have to you under applicable law.

16. Platform intellectual property

We and our licensors retain rights in the platform software, branding, original product content, interface, design and proprietary materials, subject to third-party rights. Your account gives you permission to use the available service for its intended purposes in accordance with these Terms; it does not transfer ownership of the platform. Third-party tool names, trademarks and content remain subject to their owners' rights. Your own submitted content is addressed separately above.

17. Changes and availability

We may carry out reasonable maintenance, make security changes and improve or change features. Service interruptions may also result from provider outages or other operational issues. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability or a particular uptime level unless separately agreed.

Material changes affecting a paid service remain subject to applicable notice, conformity and consumer-remedy requirements. This section does not allow us to disregard services you have already paid for or rights that the law gives you.

18. Suspension, termination and leaving the service

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach of these Terms, unlawful use, fraud, a security threat or a legal requirement. Where appropriate and permitted, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue; urgent security or legal circumstances may require action first. Measures should be proportionate to the circumstances and remain subject to applicable law.

You may stop using the service, cancel renewal and contact support about closing your account. Do not assume that signing out or deleting a conversation cancels a subscription. Account closure, subscription cancellation and deletion of retained records are separate matters. Any handling of prepaid fees and retained information remains subject to applicable law and the refund and privacy provisions.

19. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not give additional promises that information, third-party tools or generated output will be accurate, complete, continuously available or suitable for every purpose. Evaluate results before relying on them. This does not limit any mandatory obligation to supply a conforming digital service or any other non-waivable warranty or remedy.

20. Responsibility and liability

Responsibility for loss is determined under applicable law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by your unlawful misuse of the service or decisions for which we have no legal responsibility. These Terms do not set a monetary liability cap. Nothing excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including applicable protections concerning fraud, deliberate misconduct or personal injury.

21. Consumer rights and resolving concerns

Mandatory rights under the laws that apply to you take priority over these Terms. Depending on the circumstances, these may include rights concerning withdrawal from a distance purchase, the conformity of digital services and remedies for a service that does not meet legal requirements. Starting to use the service or accepting these Terms does not, by itself, waive any statutory withdrawal right.

Contact support if you have a complaint or wish to exercise an applicable purchase right. Nothing requires you to waive access to a competent court, regulator or other legally available complaint or dispute-resolution procedure. These Terms do not select an exclusive governing law or court.

22. Changes to these Terms

Material changes to these Terms will be published as a new immutable version with an effective date and appropriate notice. You will be asked to accept the new version through the service's legal-acceptance flow before continuing to use features that require acceptance. Minor editorial corrections are not, by themselves, material changes. Historical versions associated with earlier acceptances will not be silently rewritten, and changes cannot retrospectively remove mandatory rights relating to an earlier purchase.

23. Contact

For account, subscription, service or legal questions, contact support@intelligenceinfrastructures.com or write to S Group Bulgaria Ltd., 23 Aleksandar Malinov Blvd., Mladost 1A, Sofia 1729, Bulgaria. Automated messages may come from no-reply@auth.intelligenceinfrastructures.com; that sender is not the human support channel.
